Complaints Procedure
Feedback & Complaints
WWACA welcomes feedback about the quality of its services and has systems in place to encourage everyone- residents, members of the public, and partner organisations- to share their experiences.
We understand that sometimes people may feel dissatisfied with something we’ve done- or not done. If that’s the case, we want to hear from you so we can address the issue and learn from it.
We also value positive feedback and suggestions. If you’re pleased with the service you’ve received or have ideas for how we can improve, we’d love to hear from you. Your input helps us grow and continue to provide the best support possible.
