We believe that safety and support should be available to every woman and child who needs it—without barriers. That’s why we are committed to making our refuge spaces and services as accessible and inclusive as possible.
Whether you are living with a disability, speak English as a second language, or have specific cultural or religious needs, we will do everything we can to ensure you feel welcome, safe, and supported.
What We Offer
- Physical Accessibility
Many of our refuge locations are equipped with accessible entrances, bathrooms, and living spaces. We work to accommodate mobility aids and ensure that facilities are safe and comfortable for all.
- Communication Support
We can provide translation and interpretation services, including British Sign Language (BSL), to help you communicate your needs and understand your rights.
- Tailored Support Plans
Every woman’s situation is different. Our team will work with you to create a support plan that respects your individual needs, including health, cultural, and family considerations.
